6:00 pm Friday Hospitality Reception - We will be gathering the night before the Concours at our host hotel, the Hampton Inn in Wixom.

9am - Event site opens for entrants.

11am - Judge's Luncheon Meeting

12pm - Rags down

12pm - Judging begins. Championship and Driven class participants must be at their cars.

3pm - Latest expected release of cars by Chief Judge.

5pm - Dinner and Awards Presentation onsite at Baker's of Milford.

NUIAS International Car Show, Garage Visit & Drive (18 Sep 2026)

The Northwood University International Auto Show is organized and run by Northwood students, and is the largest outdoor new car show in North America.

In past years we’ve participated in their Sunday morning Classic Car show, and we’ll try that again this year. The Sunday show, adjacent to the main NUIAS show on the Northwood University campus, is now called Enthusiast Alley. On Sunday you can also view a great variety of exotic, performance, collector and classic cars.

We have put together a set of activities around the show:

Friday, Sept. 18 - for those who do not want to make an early morning drive to Midland, check into the Holiday Inn Midland, 810 Cinema Dr., and have dinner locally. The hotel room Block will expire (TBD).

Saturday, Sept.19 - meet up at 10 am for a garage visit at Norbert Maecker's and then a backroads drive in the area. The exact order and location of these events in still being sorted. Following the drive we will have dinner at 7 PM at Villa D'alessandro Italian Restaurant, 801 E Wackerly St.

Sunday , Sept. 20 – Meet at Taco Bell, 2038 N. Saginaw Rd. (there are two Taco Bell locations on N. Saginaw so be careful) and we will drive to and park our cars in the Enthusiast Alley and walk through the very extensive new car show on the Northwood campus. Departing for home on you own schedule.

Join us at the Baker's of Milford Sunday Car Show where we will park British Cars together on the paved area behind the restaurant. Look for the small white folding "A" signs reserving the parking spots.

Come and enjoy the music and other British and other classic cars enthusiasts that frequent their weekly Sunday car shows.

We pick one Sunday per month from May through September to congregate with the other British car enthusiasts in the area.

If you desire, food and drink are available in their restaurant.

12:15 PM - Arrive at Hidden Lakes Garden, 6214 Monroe Road (M-50), Tipton, MI, $8 senior, $10 adult general admission, Reach for the Sky Canopy Walk, 65' up, 374' in length

1:30 PM - Depart from Hidden Lakes Garden

1:45 PM - Arrive at Guaci Golf Resort, Guaci's Pizza and Pub, 8421 Sports Park Dr, Onsted, MI.

3:00 PM - Depart from lunch

3:45 PM - Drive to Dexter Cider Mill, 3685 Central Street, Dexter, MI, 43 minutes and 33.7 miles

5:00 PM - Depart Cider Mill returning to McDonald's, 19 minutes and 13.8 miles

5:30 PM - Arrive at McDonald's

Total driving time is about 2 hours and 24 minutes, covering 103 miles.

Of course you can meet us at Hidden Lakes Garden at 12:15 PM if your starting location makes caravaning from McDonald's inconvenient. Just let us know not to look for you at McDonald's.

London to Brighton Homage Veteran Car Run (1 Nov 2026)

The London to Brighton Veteran Car Run is the world's longest running motoring event, held on a course between London and Brighton, England. To qualify, participating cars must have been built before 1905. It is also the world's largest gathering of veteran cars. The first edition, "The Emancipation Run" in 1896, celebrated the recently passed Locomotives on Highways Act of 1896, which liberalised motor vehicle laws in the United Kingdom.

The run has taken place most years since its initial revival in 1927. It currently takes place on the first Sunday in November, starting at sunrise, about 7:00 AM, in Hyde Park, London, and mostly following the old A23 road to the finish at Brighton – a distance of 54 mi (87 km).

The event is organized on behalf of the Royal Automobile Club, who emphasise that the event is not a race – they do not even publish the order in which cars finish, and participants are not permitted to exceed an average speed of 20 mph (32 kph).

Our Homage run is from London (township, MI) to Brighton (MI), a slightly shorter distance (about 46 miles, depending on the final route) than the original. We will stop for lunch after the drive somewhere in the Brighton area.
